High Protein Millet Dosa Mix Directions To Make:
Step 1: Rinse the mixture in water for 2 –3 times and soak them in 3 cups of warm water for 6-8 hours.
Step 2: After soaking, grind the mixture to a smooth batterconsistency. Add water as needed and grind until you get smooth fluffy batter. The batter should be fluffy and not thick. The final batter should not be too thick or too watery.
Step 3: Add rock salt as per your taste.
Step 4: Make dosa on iron tawa and serve hot.
