Ingredients: Packet 1: Whole Foxtail Milletand Moong Daal Packet 2: Jeera, Black Pepper, Turmeric, Hing, Curry Leaves, Ginger and Rock Salt.
Millet Spicy Pongal Mix Directions To Make:
Step 1: Rinse and soak the mixture of foxtail millet and moong daal from packet 1 for 6-8 hours.
Step 2: Roastallmasalaitemsgiveninpacket2. Add soaked mixture of rice and daal in same container and cook for 30-40 minutes. Keep on stirring while cooking.
Step 3: Once you see that rice and daal is cooked, additional items can be added as per your taste like dry fruits, flavors like bhimseni kapur etc. and serve hot.
